Synthite Industries began its journey in 1972, when visionary entrepreneur C.V. Jacob founded Synthite Industrial Chemicals (P) Ltd., pioneering spice oleoresin exports from India. Despite limited resources, his commitment to quality positioned Synthite as the country's most awarded spice exporter and a global leader in oleoresins.

In 1977, George Paul joined the company and played a key role in transforming it from a single-product venture into a diversified leader in the value-added spice industry. Today, over five decades later, Synthite remains driven by its founding values of innovation, integrity, and purpose-led growth.
